A Champion for Youth, Women and Community Development
Bernadette is a strong advocate for STEM, ICTs, youth empowerment, and gender inclusion. She has led and supported initiatives that promote skills development, leadership, and opportunity for young people, particularly girls and young women.
She serves on international platforms including as a:
• Board Member, International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW) Zambia
• Representative, BRICS African Women’s Business Council for Africa
Bernadette has led the establishment and development of several social impact and public benefit organisations.
She is Founder and Patron of:
• Racheal Kundananji Legacy Foundation
• Shaping Futures Zambia
She is co-founder of:
- Teyeni Sport Research Centre
These initiatives focus on education, leadership development, sport for social change, and community upliftment.
