Objectives
- To provide young people with individualised career mentoring across various professional fields.
- To create an ongoing programme that initiates and fosters a culture of mentorship between successful men and women; and potential young men and women leaders in Zambia
- To encourage, inspire and assist young Zambian people through mentorship.
- To promote a culture of assistance and skills sharing among young people.
